All Are Welcome!

Welcome to my home in cyberspace!  I am a gay male who is quite out to the world as far as one can be!

I just turned 50 in June and I have to say I am enjoying my life more than I have ever before.  I am very comfortable with who I am.  I am at a point in my life where I just don't care what people think of me and what I do.  I have a mission to fulfill; a grand plan if you will, and there is no time to waste!

I love the Oneonta community.  It is the community in which I was born and raised.  I am grateful that I have the opportunity to live in my hometown as an out gay male.  I am also especially thankful that the community has accepted me for who I am, and embraces my sexuality.  I can live in my hometown without fear of being harassed or physically harmed.  Oneonta and its inhabitants are what make it what it is; a friendly, inviting community that embraces diversity and respects the differences in all people.

I consider myself a gay activist. I have been a very vocal voice in this area for LGBTQ equality. I do so without regret or fear of the consequences. One must do what is right and what their conscience tells them to do. We have to look at the face in the mirror everyday and the image that looks back at us must be someone that we respect.

In 2006 I started a publication called Diversity Rules Magazine and was doing well until the bad economy hit in 2008, creating a situation where revenues were not coming in. I had to cease publication temporarily. The magazine was my passion and it fulfilled a need in this area and throughout New York State.  I am in the preliminary stages of getting it back up and running. It shall live! Stay tuned on the progress by checking website in the "links" section to the left.

I also an a contributing writer to and coordinate the "Diversity Scene" in The Oneonta Daily Star's "O-Town Scene" publication; a local arts and entertainment gig. It's been great and I thoroughly enjoy writing for them. A link is also provided in the links section to the left.

I believe I am on the verge of fulfilling my destiny. I have a burn and a passion in my heart and gut to help fulfill this nation's promise of liberty and justice for all. My mission has been laid out before me and I accept it with a humble heart and open mind. I thank the universe for the blessings bestowed upon me. I shall not fail those that look up to me for support and guidance. Equality shall be won. It shall be ours, no matter what.

So I hope you enjoy your stay in my little section of cyberspace! Don't hesitate to contact me if you have a question or if you just need a word of encouragement, that's fine too. You are not alone. There are people here to help you make sense of the madness in this world.

Always remember and never forget that there is nothing wrong with you. You were born the way you were born. That's all there is to it. You are you and live your lives the way you were meant to as open, proud out individuals!
